Charles R. Cobbs is the Immediate-Past Chairman of SEDL's Board of Directors.

Jonesboro Public Schools Experience/Education
Mr. Cobbs is currently an assistant superintendent for Jonesboro Public Schools. Formerly, he served as principal at Annie Camp Junior High, Pine Bluff High School, and Arkadelphia High School, and as assistant principal at Jonesboro High School. Mr. Cobbs received the Milken Family Foundation Award in 1995.
Mr. Cobbs holds an EdS and an MSE in educational administration from Arkansas State University.
