Notes about submitting a lesson plan:
  1. Use the form below to submit your lesson plan. If you have any attachments you feel are important, you can send them via e-mail to afterschool@sedl.org along with a mention of which lesson plan submission the file(s) should go with.
  2. Please indicate the source and copyright information for any materials that are not your own.
  3. The Center will review the lesson plan and reply to you directly before posting it.
  4. The Center reserves the right to edit the lesson if required and to decide which lessons are posted online.
