Participants explore problem solving and strategy development for successful collaborations. They also use case studies based on real situations and work in small groups to share ideas about collaboration strategies that work.

An effective working relationship with K-12 administrators is a must in order to have a great afterschool program. In this session, participants explore just what it takes to have effective communication and collaboration with afterschool and K-12 administrators.
