If instructors interested in supporting girls’ pursuit of science and engineering can attend pre- and follow-up trainings, this program helps them combine mentorship and hands-on scientific exploration to introduce girls to career possibilities.

Techbridge offers science, engineering, and technology, as well as mentorship, involving girls in hands-on scientific exploration while increasing their self-confidence and introducing career possibilities. Activities are broken into manageable pieces, promote effective teamwork, and recognize emotional and academic challenges. Teachers must attend an initial training institute and are invited to reconvene throughout the year to share ideas and experiences. Techbridge also offers training and support for role models and mentors.
