Teaching Experience

Windward, once accessed online, is a self-directed interactive game. Very little knowledge is required, although basic computer knowledge is helpful.

Planning and Preparation

There is limited advance preparation required beyond familiarity with and mindfulness of Internet safety. The developers suggest that educators play the game first before introducing it to kids, so that they know what to expect and can anticipate questions or issues.
