Teaching Experience
The developers designed the units to make technology-based education approachable and manageable for those with little or no training or background in technology. Adults serve as facilitators on projects that are primarily youth-led.
Planning and Preparation
The curriculum and supporting materials are designed to be easy to use with clear instruction on how to encourage and support youth exploration and inquiry. However, the developer states that training, provided by specialists in all ten units, is available for those who wish to have more intensive instruction or assistance in implementation on a broader scale.

Costs
Each unit was designed for groups of 25 young people. Print: $15.00 CD: $15.00 Or entire ten-unit CD: $95.00. The developer states that a new start-up program with no basic supplies would only need $50.00 worth of materials to implement these units.
