The findings underscore the importance of supportive action teams, appropriate funding, enough time, guidance, and leadership for successful partnership program development. A survey of 202 National Network of Partnership schools was administered and 63% were completed. Schools that returned the survey were found similar in terms of district/state support and student poverty.
