Your school or district is one of approximately 1,800 schools throughout the United States that will receive Comprehensive School Reform Demonstration (CSRD) Program awards.

Are you curious about other schools in your area that received awards? Do you wonder what other schools have adopted the same model as your campus? Not sure where to begin? The National CSRD Awards Database, developed and maintained by the Southwest Educational Development Laboratory (SEDL) in Austin, Texas may be the perfect place to start. The CSRD Database contains information about schools that have received CSRD funds and can be used to answer these questions and more. The CSRD Awards database offers various avenues for accessing this information. Several search options are available, including searches by state, city, school district, school, grade range, and the reform model being implemented.

Special features of the database include a summary table of awards by state and a list of reform models being implemented across the country. The summary of awards by state includes information such as amount awarded, number of awards in each state, Title I schools that received awards, schools identified as low-performing, average poverty rate of awarded schools, and links to models being implemented in each state.

We used the database to answer some of the questions that SEDL has received recently regarding the CSRD program:
