Dr. John Westbrook Named to Board of the National Early Childhood Technical Assistance CenterDecember 1, 2001
Email: email@example.com Dr. John Westbrook, manager for SEDL's Special Education and Rehabilitation Services program, was named to the board of the National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center. The new center is operated by the FPG Child Development Center at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill through a contract with the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Special Education Programs. The Center's mission is to support long-term systemic change and improve outcomes for young children (0-5 years) with special needs and their families. Westbrook will attend the first board meeting in Washington, DC, on January 23, 2002.
