- We will have a retreat to redefine (1) the new vision,
(2) how we are aligned within the district, (3) how
the roles of the staff are aligned.
- We will be assessing (1) where we are, (2) what
we are supposed to do, and (3) what we need to do.
- An outside facilitator will lead the retreat to
guide and keep the focus.
