- Convene an advisory group.
- Discuss initiatives emanating from LaSIP, Department
of Education, Board of Regents, and Governor's Office
and discuss how these programs can complement each
other.
- Develop a comprehensive view of the components of
teacher quality initiatives currently in existence
in Louisiana.
- Develop a strategic plan which examines programs
currently in place, continuing needs, and strategies
for future actions.
