ACTION STEPS Train staff and community on the attributes of a successful professional learning community. Set up an accountability system to provide direction and support. Utilize RSI circuit riders on all phases. ACTION STEPS Share information with leadership team and Superintendent /_________. Provide training Feb. 8-9, 2002 to leadership teams in systemic alignment. Circuit riders facilitate back in districts to tie in to walk throughs. ACTION STEPS Introduce concept to all groups (awareness and buy-in). Train in collecting and using growth data; collect data. Utilize walk throughs and other strategies to validate use.
