John Westbrook SEDL's program manager John Westbrook received the Charlotte Toulouse Award for Contributions to Communication Between People With Disabilities and Disability Researcher from the Southwest Conference on Disability. John Westbrook NCDDR director and SEARS program manager John Westbrook was named the 1998 Switzer Scholar by the National Rehabilitation Association. He prepared and presented a scholarly paper to discussants at the 20th Switzer Scholar Seminar at the Kellogg Center in East Lansing, Michigan on September 24, 1999. The paper appeared in a National Rehabilitation Association monograph. 1999
