Chris D. Times
Communications Associate
Chris Times is a Communications Associate with SEDL's Improving School Performance program. She leads development of SEDL's Southeast Comprehensive Center (SECC) communication vehicles such as the e-Bulletin and Rapid Responses, creates and updates content on SECC Web sites, and assists program staff by writing, reviewing, copyediting, and proofreading deliverables and public information materials. She also works with SEDL's Communications unit to coordinate communications functions and vehicles for the SECC.

Prior to joining SEDL, Ms. Times worked as a senior instructional designer for DynMcDermott Petroleum Operations Company, where she developed print and Web-based communications vehicles, training courses, and instructional materials. Before joining DynMcDermott, she worked as a staff writer for East Jefferson General Hospital, where she produced newsletters, magazines, brochures, fact sheets, and other marketing communications materials. Ms. Times holds a master of business administration degree from Loyola University New Orleans and a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. Mary's Dominican College of New Orleans. SEDL Publications
