Chris D. Times
Communications Associate
Chris Times is a Communications Associate with SEDL's Education Systems Support (ESS) program. Ms. Times leads development of SEDL's Southeast Comprehensive Center (SECC) communication vehicles, such as Information Requests; creates and updates content on the SECC website; and assists program staff by writing, reviewing, and editing materials for professional development, technical assistance, and information dissemination projects. She also works with SEDL’s Communications department to coordinate communications functions and vehicles for the SECC.

Ms. Times’ areas of expertise include corporate and technical writing and editing, information management, performance development, and marketing communications. Experience
Prior to joining SEDL, Ms. Times worked as a senior instructional designer and a performance development analyst for DynMcDermott Petroleum Operations Company. During this time, she developed policy and procedure manuals, instructional and training materials, and various corporate documents. Before joining DynMcDermott, she worked as a staff writer for East Jefferson General Hospital, where she produced newsletters, magazines, brochures, and annual reports. She also served as production manager for advertising and marketing communications materials. Education
Ms. Times received a master of business administration degree from Loyola University New Orleans and a bachelor's degree in marketing from St. Mary's Dominican College of New Orleans. SEDL Publications
