Joni Wackwitz
Communications Specialist
Joni Wackwitz is a Communications Specialist with SEDL's Regional Educational Laboratory (REL) program. She primarily assists with dissemination and communications activities, including developing, writing, and editing a range of publications and products, such as user’s guides, research briefs, technical reports, e-newsletters, and web content, as well as assisting with presentations, webinars, and bridge events.

Prior to joining SEDL in 2009, Ms. Wackwitz worked for the educational publisher Holt, Rinehart and Winston, where she wrote and edited textbooks and other educational materials for the secondary social studies market. Other work experience includes producing technical documentation for the Psychological Corporation. Education
