Ms. Turner assists with institution-wide personnel services and functions, including posting SEDL's Notices of Vacancy; reviewing applications submitted to SEDL; monitoring leave requests and time sheets; reviewing personnel action forms, performance appraisals, and position descriptions for accuracy; and communicating with budget authorities and staff to ensure that personnel policies and procedures are followed.

Experience
Ms. Turner joined SEDL in May 2011. Previously, she was an A/P and payroll clerk with Franklin Primary Health Center, where her duties included maintaining vendor relations and accounts, managing accounting data, and invoice data entry. She has also held positions as a human resources intern with the Mobile Press-Register, an administrative assistant with the University of West Florida College of Business in Pensacola, and an accountant intern with the University of West Florida Foundation.

Education
Ms. Turner received a BS in business administration from the University of West Florida in Pensacola and an MS in human resource management from Troy University in Troy, Alabama.
