Experience
Mr. Ferguson was promoted to chief financial officer in December 2012. Prior to joining SEDL as an accounting supervisor in 2009, he served in a variety of finance and accounting roles at AT&T Wi-Fi Services, Fedex Kinko's, and Brinker International.

Education
Mr. Ferguson holds a BS in accounting and an MS in accounting, with a focus on entrepreneurial perspective, from the University of North Texas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
