SEDL i-Plan: Online School Improvement Planning Tool

SEDL i-Plan is an online school improvement planning tool. The system allows campus contacts to log on and create a plan, including a campus profile, plan introduction, needs assessment, goals, appendix, and several report options. The system allows administrators to monitor plans in development, review and approve plans that are submitted, or comment on needed changes and open the plan for additional modifications. At each stage, automated e-mails inform plan builders or administrators of required next actions.

The goals of SEDL i-Plan are to allow remote staff to submit their plans electronically, standardize the structure of improvement plans, automate the review and approval process, provide a centralized searchable repository of campus improvement plans for the district, and allow staff and administrators to focus less on paper management and more on enhancing the substance and quality of their improvement plan.
