One of a series of videotaped classroom episodes designed for use as professional development for educators, this episode depicts high school students engaged in three group activities designed to apply algebraic concepts to authentic activities. Students from a Web mastering class document the activities of the algebra students for inclusion on the school Web site. A variety of technologies are used to support these activities.

Suggestions for using the episodes in this series are included in the Active Learning with Technology facilitator guide. This videotape is a production of SEDL's past project, SouthCentral Regional Technology in Education Consortium in partnership with the Voyage of Discovery Project and is available as part of SEDL's Active Learning with Technology Video Series on DVD.
