What type of marine life are you studying?

Answer:

Question 2:
Did you feel scared when you went snorkeling? Did you think you could sink to the bottom of the ocean?

Answer:
No, we felt no fear. It was much more excitement than anything else. We could not sink to the bottom of the ocean even if we had wanted to because salt water supports you much better than fresh water. (Check out our lesson plan on buoyancy!!!)

Have you seen any glittery, colorful fish like rainbow fish?

Answer:
Yes, at Midway Atoll we saw many different types of fish when we went snorkeling. You can see a few on our Midway Audio Clip.
