Definitions of Quality | |
| Overall Quality | Its collective value, merit, worth, and relevance; the degree to which it embodies currently accepted professional standards. |
| Organization | The extent to which its design is logical, orderly, and systematic so as to maximize learning. |
| Timeliness | The relevance of content to current or emerging educational problems or issues; reflects the best and most recent available knowledge drawn from research and practice. |
| Presentation | Its appearance, the "look and feel" (e.g., the structure/format, the level of detail; the font size for a print product, the sound quality for an audiotape, the pace and overheads for a training session). |
| Meeting Client Needs | The extent to which it addresses a clearly defined purpose, audience, and need; addresses the needs of diverse learners. |
