SEDL Copyright Permission Request
Thank you for your interest in using materials produced by SEDL, now merged within the American Institutes for Research (AIR), to strengthen your research, presentations, or publications. All requests to use materials copyrighted by SEDL (or Southwest Educational Development Laboratory) must be submitted in writing. Please fill out the following form.
NOTE: All SEDL copyright permission requests are processed in the order in which they have been received. Please allow up to 14 business days for legal review and, subsequently, preparation of a license agreement if your request is approved. In addition, please note that AIR does not sign license agreements prepared by external parties. If copyright permission is granted, you will receive a license agreement outlining acceptable use of SEDL materials and the terms, conditions, and limitations governing permission to reproduce the work. After reviewing the license agreement, you will need to sign and return it to the AIR Copyright and Permission Help Desk.
Please note that SEDL/AIR cannot grant permission to repurpose individual photographs and other graphic images copyrighted by other organizations or individuals that are found in our products or on our website.
