Ordering Information
Use the Shopping Cart or the printable order form to coordinate the items you wish to purchase. Depending on the payment type you select during the "Checkout" process, you can process your credit card order online, or you will be prompted to call in 800-476-6861, submit orders via e-mail to products@sedl.org, or mail your order to SEDL.
Quantity Discounts
10 - 49 copies of a single title: You save 10%.
50 or more copies of a single title: You save 15%.
SEDL computes the quantity discount at the unit price level before multiplying the unit cost by the quantity purchased.
Payment Options
- Currency: All payments for publications and services must be made in US dollars
- Prepayment: All orders totaling less than $25.00 (US) and all orders from individuals must be prepaid.
- Purchase Orders: SEDL accepts purchase orders from institutions for orders of $25.00 (US) or more. Purchase Orders can be e-mailed to products@sedl.org or sent to SEDL via postal mail.
- Credit Cards:
You can pay for your SEDL order
using your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card. You may use the shopping cart
to process your credit card order online, or you may telephone 800-476-6861
your credit card order to SEDL. - Sales Tax: Sales tax of 8.25% is charged on total merchandise plus shipping and handling charges for orders delivered in Texas. To receive a sales tax waiver, tax-exempt organizations should forward a copy of their certificate of tax exemption with their order.
Shipping and Handling
Products are shipped via Fed Ex Ground Delivery within seven days of SEDL receiving a fully paid
order. Please allow one to two weeks for delivery.
Rush Orders and Special Shipping: We will
ship by Fed Ex Express for rush orders. Shipping and Handling charges for
rush service (or for regular orders over $1,500) can be obtained
by calling SEDL Publications at 800-476-6861, ext. 6538.

Some orders are delayed because customers don't include shipping costs and sales taxes. Sorry, SEDL will not ship orders without complete payment of applicable shipping costs and taxes.

Returns and Review Copies
SEDL does not accept returned materials for credit or refund. All sales are final. Review copies cannot be provided; however, you can review some materials on SEDL's Web site.
